A Group 31st October




A flat but pacey run from Simon today.  35.16 miles from elevenses at Addlestone to tea at Shepperton; lunch at Fifield.  Rolling average 13.2mph, maximum speed 26.5mph and 1,575 calories.

 Lights on on the way home.
