Brian's turbo adventure

After tidying his garage, Brian B found his turbo trainer.  He is grateful for all the useful advice and pictures on the blog, but says it came a bit late for him, as he's been finding it very hard work.

Very amusing but there might be a better example of how to fit the bike into the trainer in the photo in Ged's report (13th April).
On the other hand if you want to have a sense of riding out from your garage and into the sunshine, rather than back into it perhaps stick with the current setup :-)
