B Ride – Wednesday 12th November

You are warmly invited to join the B ride on Wednesday the 12th November.

The route is approximately 26 miles and is virtually flat. There will be a small section of off road.

We will stop for 11’s at the Molesey Boat Club, then continue north through Feltham, where we’ll make a short visit to the house where Freddie Mercury lived as a youth, now marked with a Blue Plaque.

Lunch will be at The White Hart, Harlington.  whitehartharlington.co.uk

Afterwards, we will head west to Harmondsworth, passing the church where Mr. Cox (of Cox’s Apples) is buried, and we’ll take a brief stop at the Sir Barnes Wallis Memorial—the inventor of the Bouncing Bomb and designer of the Wellington Bomber.

We will then cycle back along the west side of Heathrow Airport and finish with tea at Squires Garden Centre, Halliford.

Please make sure you have Working lights.

If you intend to join the ride, please WhatsApp me directly.

Tony..
