If you use Strava, and you log more than four hours of activity in July, the Postcode Lottery will donate £100 to charity. You can choose which of five charities the donation will go to, for example Cancer Research.
It's simple to do. You have to join the Crowns for Causes challenge on Strava, and as soon as you have recorded four hours of activity which completes the challenge, you can select Redeem Reward and the Postcode Lottery will donate £100 to the charity of your choice.

(I'm not a Strava user but Google tells me that to join a challenge, you have to open the Strava app, select the Groups app in the bottom navigation menu, tap Challenges at the top of the screen, choose the Crowns for Causes challenge and tap Join Challenge.)
